John J. Teutimez, Jr. who served on the 2005/06 Orange County Grand Jury passed away on February 15, 2014.
He was a retired Santa Ana police officer who was extremely helpful to his fellow panel members in sharing his knowledge about gangs in Southern California. His experience in law enforcement enabled him to provide us further insight into police department operations.
