The Honorable Frederick P. Aguirre, Orange County Superior Court Judge, spoke at the December luncheon meeting on the current state of the Orange County Superior Court. He gave an overview of court staffing and detailed recent cutbacks and likely future reductions. The Judge administered the oath of office to the 2014 board of directors.
